OG Architects, a trade mark of PT.Bali Link, founded in 2004, is a firm of architectural design professionals, emphasizing responsive full service project development. Our team around Oliver Gehlen has a strong background as full project architects, responsible on design development, client relation, and project supervision. We believe that every project is unique, and every service we deliver to clients varies with each client needs. Our work include project design, assisting with planning review (when required), coordination of consultants, preparation of building permit documents, bid documents, assisting in negotiating a fair construction contract, supervision and guidance during construction phase. In other cases, we only provide design service and perhaps a simplified set of building documents. We work closely to our clients to review their specific needs in order to develop a custom design that reflect the client’s personal taste.  The process includes several alternative designs that result in solution that encompasses the client’s preference and budget.
