My Client is one of the Board of Directors of Architecture Consultant in Jakarta, He commissions our studio for many of their Projects, this is the one of them. Hence they established Property Business Unit, they have purchased many lots of property around Java and Bali Islands. This project we called it X-Tra for the place is planned and designed for the community around West Jakarta especially that particular district where abundant of boarding houses are located for many of University student around the district: Tarumanagara, Trisakti, UKRIDA, etc. We foreseen the place shall be built with very affordable range of construction price for it will serve food and beverage for its most community, the student; from breakfast until last supper in late night, additional with Custom Fashion Taylor and Barber shop for the aimed customer. Steel structure, wire-mesh, steel plate, are the planned material for this 3 Level Building finish with bare-exposed concrete, used-tile, exposed utilities, pvc pipe for its window vent-holes, all bluntly applied as much as possible. Air-Conditioning only used in very humid time to less the electrical usage. Cross ventilation with air-well are provided on its side and its rear of the building
