This Project was commissioned by the client with the projection of Business Plan on the property's lot. The Lot Area is almost 2000M2 and occupied only 300M2 for the client's resident. The Rest of the lot is dedicated for the business plan. We have reviewed and observed the location near by where few of compounds were built and occupied by small terrace houses. In the Business and Development point of view, the demand of these small houses is high for none of these houses are vacant, all sold-out and most of them are occupied with young , professional and small family, we aimed this middle class professional range. It must be Modern, Clean, Attractive physically and monetary. The Concept was taken from its name of the road : Cempaka, Flower, Fragrant as shown on first page. The asymmetrical Tapered Box represents the blooming of Cempaka .
