This is a residential project for two brother , living side by side. The main issue is budget constraint. The real challenge is how to create a budget wise house but still have good quality in architectural aspect and building aesthetic. So we apply combination of simple basic material such as expose cement plaster and expose bricks. Natural ventilation and natural lights is utilized optimally so that the house is energy efficiency
