F45 Training is a group training facility that features the most dynamic and effective training styles to date. The concept is simple: our studios all over the world offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. The simple concept is reflected into the interior. The studios requires a simple space, to support the activities for training. Overall, the wall used white color paint to reflect the spacious and clean studio with red and blue color as the accent, which is represent the characters of the F45 training.
