The house from 1990 needed to be redesigned, as the family grew bigger from parents with 3 kids to grandparents with 4 grandchilds. The house needs to comply with all the space that the family needs. From the previous 2 houses connected together, the client wants a single house express. And from a segmented house, they want an open living area with a swimming pool. The main objective in this house is to get a spacious open living area connected to the back terrace near the swimming pool and open kitchen. Master bedroom with a big wardrobe is another request from the client. The first floor of the house is planned for a common room that is open to each other to accommodate family events that often gather, with many openings facing the swimming pool, it is hoped that the outdoor space can be an extension of the room if needed. The building faces northwest, so that the expression of the building does not have too many openings, the front is mostly planned for the wardrobe and bathroom areas, in the hope of being a heat buffer into the building. The 2 box masses are expressed with the aim of opening up space in the middle of the building for lighting and air circulation, with 2 box masses that are still integrated with the garden in the middle between masses.
