S T U D / O • R T M               S T U D / O • R T M  (Studio Rumah Taman Modern) is a studio design that focuses on architecture, interior and contractor. Located at Taman Modern Cakung, the studio started in January 2014. Our passion for architecture give us the courage and drive to leave our comfort zone and started this studio.           Architecture, a living art that we embrace in our daily lives. The breeze that enters a working room with the occasional faint sound from the bird outdoor. The ticking sound of raindrops and sunlight that seeps through the window curtain. These simple nature bliss are our core inspirations in creating things.            Working with various clients give us pleasant challenges. There will be times when we have to face our differences and come up with the best solution. However through this process we believe we could achieve a better result.               We love process. Process is an important essence in our work. Just like a movie. There is introduction, conflict, climax and an ending.           Everything feels beautiful, because we enjoy the process. In architecture, process is strength. Established in 2010, Alfaiz Design is an architectural consultant and contractor. Consisting of young architects who have talents and passion in the field of architectural design. Always try to explore a design that is effective and affordable, oriented without compromising function, aesthetics and comfort. In realizing the development process, we partner with several contractor partners who are experienced and able to translate design ideas and concepts in the development process in detail.  

Dimas Andrea is a member of IAI (Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia), Reg No : 15065 142 100    Dimas was born in Bogor, Indonesia in 1980. He studied Architecture in The Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung ‐ Indonesia, graduated with Bachelor of Architecture in 2004. Dimas joined Ong&Ong as Designer (Architecture) in 2007. He was involved on various types of projects, including residential, highrise, commercial and infrastructure projects. His residential portfolio included Meadows@Peirce Condominium in 2007. In 2012 He was promoted to be a Senior Designer (Architecture). Prior to his working experience in Singapore,  he worked in Budi Pradono Architects in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2005 where he focused on residential building design, hospitality projects and international design competitions. He worked closely with the principal Architect for the design of Payangan Ubud Villa and Restaurant in Bali‐Indonesia, and the refurbishment of a historical shop house in Braga Street, Bandung ‐ Indonesia.

Founded at 2014, our company is registered as PT. DAA Interplan Indonesia, in 2020 we rebrand to Interplan Nuur Indonesia. Our practice offers client for consultation services and planning problem solution with integrated design for building. Our Company consist of creative and innovative thinking member and dedication of problem solving of design problem.

Equator Architect is a Indonesia based team of architects specialized in design and build. Our project currently consists of house, office, restaurant, and resort in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Lombok.
