Description

The new headquarters has 2 floors for its management: 36th floor for the operational and admin staff and 37th floor is mainly for the directors and CEOs of each company. The challenge for this project is to layout an operational open space layout for 250 pax which also include many other needs such as reception/ lounge area for guests and interviewee, break area, open meeting space, multi purpose room for seminar and gatherings. On the 37th floor, there are a total of 18 meeting rooms and operation finance staff for up to 115 pax. The CEO office has a lobby reception, meeting room, guest lounge and open concept working space that derives from a library and a family office for the owner. Each floor has different concepts, such as the operational area is more modern than the director office that is more into classic modern, yet all of them are designed in ways they are harmonious and productive for the users.
