This project is located at the meeting between West Jakarta and South Tangerang, making this area crowded with offices, business places, housing, and others. In terms of mobility, this area is easily accessible and passed by many motorists from various regions in Jakarta. This is the biggest potential of the autodetailing and carwash business as the brief of this project. By leveraging existing premises, the design in this project uses 4 design elements to lift business potential. Namely, the composition of the mass to invite people to come, the addition of new functions as a main business support, cleanliness and tidiness of the design for the conve- nience of visitors and finally, greeneries to lift the atmosphere of the area
